In March 1997, President Kennedy’s son, John, Jr., ran a controversial article in his magazine, George. The article was written by Guela Amir, mother of Yigal Amir, the man who assassinated Israeli prime minister Yitzhak Rabin in 1995. In the article, Ms. Amir made it quite clear that her son did not act alone. She provided compelling evidence that Rabin’s assassination was sponsored by the Israeli government, and that her son had been goaded into shooting the prime minister by an agent provocateur working for Shin Bet, Israel’s equivalent of the FBI and Secret Service combined into one agency. The motive for the killing was because Rabin was going to give land back to the Palestinians as specified in the Oslo Accords. The following is Ms. Amir’s article in its entirety:

1. Dear Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, It is with great sorrow that I am involved in this slander trial and the uncovering of truth pertaining to the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z"l. I will now go through Shimon Peres' attorney's argument one by one. Shimon Peres' attorney is claiming that I am using a lawsuit for an inappropriate matter. The sole reason of my slander lawsuit against Shimon Peres is that he, Shimon Peres, called me a "Psycho that should be institutionalized" on September 8th, 2005 in the Labor Political Party internet newspaper and refused to apologize. Shimon Peres' attorney claims from pages 2-11 that I am obsessed with the Yitzhak Rabin z"l murder conspiracy.

2. Honorable Judge Mark-Horenczyk, with my deep regret, I hate to state the obvious, but you, I and all those who are following this slander trial know with complete confidence that the killers of Yitzhak Rabin are, in fact, walking around free. I am sure that you, being a judge of this slander trial, an Israeli, and most importantly a human being have seen the various court, Shamgar commission, police and hospital documents. As well as the various video and audio evidence that is well prepared on the various web sites and links mentioned in Shimon Peres' attorney's petition to the court. In english we say "Let's not beat a dead horse" but I will mention one more time that the killer's of Yitzhak Rabin are walking around free, that is the fact which a reasonable, normal person concludes when he or she is knowledgeable of the facts surrounding the death of Yitzhak Rabin z"l.

3. Shimon Peres' attorney writes over and over that I "obsessed" with publicizing my "imaginary Rabin murder conspiracy." Firstly, it is an insult to our intelligence to use the word "conspiracy", since we know exactly what happened on November 4, 1995. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, put yourself in my shoes. I am a Jewish male who was born in the USA who has the ability to bring the true killers of Yitzhak Rabin to justice. I could not sleep for a week when I first saw the evidence in the Yitzhak Rabin murder case. Afterwards, I spoke with numerous politicians and media personal who have said that they know that the true killers of Yitzhak Rabin are free but really don't care. That really bothered me. It is very disturbing when an employee of Channel 2 tells me that he saw the original uncut 40 minute Kempler video and tells me in detail why the 40 minute Kempler video was not shown to the public. The various people who have called me brave and courageous for my actions are not correct. For me it is really simple, when you have the ability to bring justice to the true killers of a good man like Yitzhak Rabin z"l, one just acts. Obviously, not every decision that I will make in this quest will be smart or wise. But the end result will be the same, those responsible for the murder of Yitzhak Rabin will be brought to justice.

4. I, David Rutstein, am taking some very obvious risks. Firstly, the risk that I will be murdered by those who have murdered Yitzhak Rabin. Of course, I do not want to die. The act that I can do to prevent myself from getting murdered is to publicize my name personally and to publicly name names of those most likely to murder me. If, G-d forbid, I was murdered the person featured on www.ShimonPeres.net would be the obvious suspect. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, I don't want to insult your intelligence but the obvious suspect in any murder crime are those who are closest to the victim at the time of the death. In the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z"l ,the driver of Yitzhak Rabin's cadillac and the bodyguard who entered the backseat with Yitzhak Rabin on the way to Ichilov Hospital. The other obvious suspect would be the person who profited personally from the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z"l. Shimon Peres became Prime Minister of the State of Israel the moment Yitzhak Rabin z"l was declared dead.

5. The other suspect would be the person who actually oversaw the fraudulent investigation that occurred after Yitzhak Rabin's murder. Shimon Peres approved an order http://www.barrychamish.com/html/shabak_docs1.htm, as new Prime Minister, that was given on Nov 27, 1995 transferring the authority over the Yitzhak Rabin murder investigation from the Israeli police to The Shabak, Israeli secret service. The law in Israel is clear: In all cases of non-military murder, Israel Police is solely responsible for investigations. I also know, through my knowledge of history, that about half of all political assassinations throughout history are carried out by those who were assigned to protect that King, President, Emperor, Prime Minister, etc. So from a purely public relations matter, it would be really silly for Shimon Peres, the new Israeli Prime Minister, to appoint Yitzhak Rabin's security detail, the Shabak, as the murder investigators. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, I simply do not want to murdered by the same people who murdered Yitzhak Rabin z"l.

6. Honorable Judge Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, a very disturbing realization has occurred to me as I read this 24 page document filed by Shimon Peres' attorney. This 24 page document is full of references to me as a person who is an "obsessive lunatic" on a mission about an "imaginary conspiracy theory." This repeated negative reference is a very direct insinuation that I, in fact, am a "Psychopath that should be institutionalized" as was stated in the Labor Party newspaper on September 8th, 2005 by Shimon Peres' spokesman. The slanderous words by Shimon Peres' spokesman on September 8th, 2005 were explained in Shimon Peres' defense response of November 15 as "off the cuff" remark that could not be attributable to Shimon Peres because Shimon Peres did not know that I, David Rutstein, even existed. Shimon Peres did have the opportunity to apologize and still has the opportunity to apologize. Instead of apologizing, Shimon Peres, using his attorney's pen, attacks me personally as an "obsessive lunatic" on a mission about an "imaginary conspiracy theory." Shimon Peres' 24 page slander of me is deeply insulting.

7. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, before I was slandered and Shimon Peres refused to apologize, I was not willing to put on any of my web sites any direct accusations against Shimon Peres personally. Of course, we know that Yitzhak Rabin's killers are free, but I have not direct knowledge of who ordered Yitzhak Rabin's murder. The 24 page request "to throw out the slander suit" document has Shimon Peres repeatedly attacking me personally as an "obsessive lunatic" with "an imaginary conspiracy theory." This "attack mode" of Shimon Peres is a very strong indication that something very unusual is happening.

8. What did I do to so terrible to be so viciously attacked?

a. I built web sites, with catchy domain names, that put in an orderly manner the various evidence that was already available to the general public if they looked really hard on the internet.

b. I returned to the Israeli public the Ronni Kempler 10 minute video which was shown on Israeli TV once or twice in December, 1995.

c. I have spent time, effort and money doing actions that make the real killers of Yitzhak Rabin z"l more likely to be brought to trial.

d. Most importantly, I am on the verge of success, there is a very large possibility that the real killers of Yitzhak Rabin will be on trial in the near future.

8a. My Question to Shimon Peres is why would what I am doing bother you? Do I deserve to be called a "obsessive lunatic" with "an imaginary conspiracy theory?" Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, I will let you figure out the logical conclusion of this paragraph because it is too sad for me to contemplate.

9. The various actions that I have taken over the past few months have been to bring the true killers of Yitzhak Rabin z"l to justice. By the way, substantially more people get my information via email about Rabin murder than is reported by Shimon Peres's attorney. Another obvious risk that I am taking is the financial risk. If I lose this court case then I have to pay the court costs of Shimon Peres. From a purely legal perceptive, based on Israeli law, I should not lose the court case.

10. Shimon Peres did slander me on Sept 8th, 2005 and should apologize. There is a risk that the Israeli Judge is corrupt or just afraid. The Israeli Judge will be tempted to be bribed or persuaded to rule contrary to Israeli law and punish me, David Rutstein, financially. The obvious way eliminate that risk is to "guarantee" the Israeli Judge that my efforts to bring justice to the killers of Yitzhak Rabin will succeed and that punishing me financially is not a smart thing to do. By the way, my actions in the past few months are more similar to those of the French writer, Emil Zola, in the Alfred Dreyfus Case in the late 1890's France. The Israeli Kastner trial of the 1950s has similarities but my actions and those of Emil Zola are closer in nature. Obviously, I don't want the Israeli Judge to feel comfortable in not judging according to Israeli law. Therefore, making reference to trials that are historical in nature serve my financial interests.

11. Just as a side note, before I was slandered and Shimon Peres refused to appologize, on none of my web sites or actions did I ever mention that Shimon Peres ordered the murder of Yitzhak Rabin, bloody pictures, etc. So honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, if there is a desire to adhere to the letter of the law then Shimon Peres will lose the slander trial and you will force Shimon Peres to apologize to me. But I, David Rutstein, am definitely taking a financial risk suing Shimon Peres for slander and being a normal human being I really don't want to lose money. There is a possibility that I am a bit simple and pure, in that I believe very strongly for justice for Yitzhak Rabin z"l.

12. Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, I was a bit idealistic when I first came to Israel in September, 2004. I actually thought that Israel was like America, just smaller, more Jews and better people. To cut to the chase, something like the Rabin murder fraud could not continue in the United States for over 10 years or even 6 months. Because of the new technologies and freedoms that are blossoming around the world, the world is becoming more like the United States. Being knowledgeable of media and history, I am informing you that the Rabin murder fraud physically cannot last much longer in Israel!

13. Conversations with various politicians and Larissa Amir can be explained simply. These people tell me that they know that Yigal Amir did not murder Yitzhak Rabin. I am just supposed to smile, get myself killed and/or have a crooked Israeli Judge punish me financially. Of course, a normal person will do whatever they can to persuade Larissa Amir and various politicians to say loud and clear to world what they are telling me in person. That they are certain that Yitzhak Rabin's killers are free. By the way, Larissa Amir did give an internet radio interview to Israel National News in December that is stored on my site. As well Member of Knesset Nissim Zeev gave a newspaper interview to Maariv in the beginning of November in which he states that Rabin's killers are free. The newspaper only printed a small portion of what Nissim Zeev said but Nissim Zeev's interview contributed to the mini-Rabin murder boom in November, 2005. Nissim Zeev's later told me personally that Eli Yishai yelled at him for doing the interview. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, you are more than welcome to go into my personal online diary which is located at the mismachim pages at www.rotter.net. But seriously, I really don't want to be punished by a cowardly, corrupt Israeli Judge!

14. Shimon Peres' Attorney on pages 12 and 13 claims that the court documents the were filed on my behalf prove that I am using the your honorable court for purposes not related to the stated claim that I want Shimon Peres to apologize for slandering me

15. There is a very big problem in the state of Israel, any person who is knowledgeable of Yitzhak Rabin's fraudulent murder and has done nothing in the last 10 years to bring the killers of Yitzhak Rabin z"l to justice is actually guilty of a crime in itself. Knowing of a crime and doing nothing is a crime in the USA and probably in Israel as well. So how do you get a decent, honest lawyer when the entire enlightened, community has known about Yitzhak Rabin murder fraud for over 10 years and done absolutely nothing

16. Shimon Peres' Attorney writes on pages 14,15 and 16 brings many well researched examples of people who attempted to waste the honorable court's time and had their lawsuit thrown out of court. Very fine work by Shimon Peres' attorney. As I continue to page 17 of Shimon Peres' request to throw out the court case, it is mentioned of my political ambitions in the State of Israel. Firstly, my love for Yitzhak Rabin z"l is very strong, whatever it takes to bring Yitzhak Rabin's killers to justice I will do!

17. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, In the last 6 months I have spoken personally with just about with every politician in Israel (at least their office staff), political activist and media figures in english and hebrew. To cut to the chase, Left wing politicians or media will never bring up the truth on Rabin murder. I was told this thousands of times. The lone exception was the campaign of Amir Peretz for the Labor Party nomination. I was actually thanked by Amir Peretz's spokesman for helping get his boss elected. I have a slight feeling that Amir Peretz simply used Yitzhak Rabin's murder fraud to win the Labor Party nomination.

18. On the other hand, I am allowed to keep an online diary on Israeli's largest forum and news web site www.rotter.net. Rotter.net is a right wing web site and I am simply writing a bunch of words on the diary which is designed to persuade right wing activists to join my quest to bring the killers of Yitzhak Rabin to justice (keep me from getting murdered and being financially punished by a corrupt Israeli Judge). www.rotter.net. is the one Israeli media source that is truly publicizing the Rabin murder fraud and there is a strong possibility the killers of Yitzhak Rabin would have "gotten away with murder" www.barrychamish.com is in the english language and Barry Chamish is Israel's most famous Anglo journalist. In order for me to show my true love for Yitzhak Rabin it is imperative for me to "partner" with groups that are willing to donate time, money and effort to bring Yitzhak Rabin's killers to justice.

19. Honorable, Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk the online diary that Shimon Peres' attorney is quoting from in his claim for throwing out the court case is not relevant. On the Rotter diary I am writing a personal plea for these folks at rotter.net to help me in my quest to bring justice to Yitzhak Rabin z"l. On page 18 #53.1 states how I that I never mentioned the bloody pictures and such when I filed the court case, that is because the bloody pictures and obvious incitement were not there. Those pictures were only added after Shimon Peres slandered me and refused to apologize. Shimon Peres' attorney is looking to make a very simply issue of whether Shimon Peres should apologize for slander me into a very complicated matter.

20. I, David Rutstein, am responding to the 24 pages written in hebrew even though I only read only basic hebrew. If the issue is complicated then it would indicate an an irrational attempt by Shimon Peres' attorney to complicate a basic matter as to whether Shimon Peres should apologize for slandering me. An honorable judge has a basic responsibility to go by the law of the State of Israel and the law of being a good human being. So, in essence, I am putting my trust in you, as a person, to do the right thing.

21. On page 18 and 19 there is a long list of people who Barry Chamish of Modiin, Israel claims that Shimon Peres has murdered. In fact, Barry Chamish on www.barrychamish.com calls Shimon Peres a serial killer. The web site belongs Barry Chamish and the content of the web site is Barry's writings. One of the proofs that Shimon Peres is the most likely suspect in Yitzhak Rabin's z"l is that Shimon Peres has never sued Barry Chamish for slander. Barry Chamish has been running around for years with professionally looking books and is Israel's biggest international writer. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, I am only here since September, 2004 and it is really weird that Barry Chamish makes his livelihood writing books, giving lectures, radio and TV interviews about how Shimon Peres kills people. In fact if you go to google.com in english, the words Barry Chamish bring 95,200 entries. I have the numbers on the entrances to www.barrychamish.com and it is shame for the State of Israel that Barry Chamish is slandering Shimon Peres full time during the last ten years.

22. I, David Rutstein, really have no idea who many of the people are that Barry Chamish claims that Shimon Peres murdered. But the list is serious. Mr Shimon Peres should definitely have his attorney contact Barry Chamish in Modiin. Barry has a nice apartment and is earning his livelihood from calling Shimon Peres a serial killer. Really weird. On a not so humorous note, when one asks Barry Chamish what is his job? Barry Chamish can answer: "I make money from telling the world that Shimon Peres is a killer!"

23. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, it is very insulting, even slanderous to connect me to the writings of Barry Chamish. This is the second time Shimon Peres' attorney has written the list of dead people from Barry Chamish's web site. Shimon Peres' attorney knows exactly what my response will be since the attorney even heard me speak on the radio interview about this subject. The reason that I built Barry Chamish's web site is that I am embarking a a very dangerous matter, bringing Yitzhak Rabin's killer to justice. It is imperative that public knowledge about my actions reach the entire world. If , G-d forbid, I was murdered tomorrow which newspapers would put me on the front page? I can tell you right now it would be Rotter.net and Barry Chamish. Other than those two news media outlets, nothing is guaranteed. Thousands of Israelis have told me that I am endangering my life. If Barry Chamish wants me to build him a web site to make it more likely that I will continue living, that is a good deal for me.

24. Page 20 talks about being honest and I could not agree more. Page 21 brings case law on slander. Each and every Israeli knows that when you slander someone you get sued, you lose, apologize and pay some money. Based on what I am looking at on page 21 it seems that the State of Israel is a country of laws. Since I know the court case of the Yitzhak Rabin murder fraud as well as any person in Israel, I know that when the government wants to brake the law, then then law is broken. The court system really won't interfere, even if breaking the law is the murder of a Prime Minister!

25. Page 22. #61.5 Let's cut to the chase, Shimon Peres is the prime suspect in the prime suspect in the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z"l, and of course I would not want Shimon Peres to be the Prime Minister of Israel. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, I happen to live in Israel and love Yitzhak Rabin z"l.

26. Page 23 #67. It is obvious that Shimon Peres' spokesman made an error in slandering me on Sept 8, 2005, and that slander spread to many media outlets in a very short period of time. I even sent Shimon Peres a letter requesting an apology. It is true that Shimon Peres refused to apologize for the slander and Shimon Peres defense response states that I was not damaged by the slander. Does Shimon Peres have special knowledge of my damages or lack of damages? Shimon Peres never called me to ask me about my welfare, or simply ask "how I am doing"? or what he can do to "make up" for the slip of the tongue of his spokesman.

27. The only thing that Shimon Peres did was make a phone call to cancel my pay per click on google.co.il. My web sites provide the first time an Israeli could see the 10 minute Ronni Kempler video since 1995. It became clear to me that Shimon Peres was behind, the media coverup of the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z'l . Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, please look at my personnel web site www.davidrutstein.com at Sept 16, 2005 you can see the Eyton Haeer article. There was nothing in that Eyton Haeer article of my slandering Shimon Peres personally, Eyton Haeer is just saying the I am advertising the Rabin conspiracy. The only thing that was mentioned is the Eytan Cabel of the Labor Party is filing a police complaint Barry Chamish. It should be known that no police complaint or lawsuit was ever filed against Barry Chamish.

28. The headlines on the my web sites before Sept 8 were simply the "killers are free" which is what many famous people have told me personally since I arrived in Israel and some influential Israeli's have said publicly since this November. In addition, on the Yigal Amir web site the headline was "I did not murder him", which is what Yigal Amir, through his wife Larissa, is saying publicly since January, 2006. Honorable, Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, your court room is not and will not be the place to uncover the truth about a murder that happened 10 years ago, but we do want Shimon Peres to be honest in a simple slander lawsuit filed by a fellow citizen.

29. In conclusion, Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, this court case is not about me, David Rutstein, or Shimon Peres. The truth is coming to the whole world in the very near future regarding the true circumstances of the death of Yitzhak Rabin z"l. The non-following of the law by many of those who sit in judgment of others as State of Israeli Judges is a real issue. I know absolutely nothing about the Israeli legal system except one murder trial. The trial of Yigal Amir for the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z"l. I am positive you know quite a bit about what happened on the night on Nov 4, 1995 that you did not know previously because of my actions which were initially based on my great love for Yitzhak Rabin z"l. So forgive me for being cavalier in thinking that many powerful Israelis are criminals. But what is a normal person supposed to think after knowing what I know surrounding the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z"l? Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, If we ever meet in person you will be certain that I had and continue to have only good intentions in taking up the cause to bring justice to the soul of Yitzhak Rabin z"l.

30. By the way, the 100 questions that were given to me by Shimon Peres' attorney in January, in my opinion, should be answered only if the trial continues. As well, many of the questions are an attempt to humiliate me further. So much time and effort by Shimon Peres' attorney when all Shimon Peres has to do is apologize. Is this a rational action of an innocent person?

31. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, however, this slander trial is not about the murder of Yitzhak Rabin z"l. The court's time is valuable and serving a 24 page (to date a total of 43 written pages have been filed by Shimon Peres' attorney) request to throw out the slander suit is a terrible insult to the court. Shimon Peres just had to say "I am sorry" but decided to insult me even further by writing 24 pages of slander. We all know the very definite civil penalties in the State of Israel against slander and this is a very simple case. Honorable Judge Dalia Mark-Horenczyk, good luck in your decision and may G-d bless you.

My message, to those who respect it, is clear. The Israeli political leadership has been corrupted from abroad and no one running for Prime Minister is exempt. That includes Ariel Sharon, above all.

I can understand the widespread celebration of his unprecedented rout of Ehud Barak. Finally, those elements determined to drag ISRAEL into a suicidal pact with the Palestine Liberation Organization (P.L.O.) have been given a resounding message that the People have had it with them. As a temporary relief valve this election served a most therapeutic function.

Unfortunately, too many people think Sharon's victory means the war has been won. They are about to be very disappointed because Sharon will betray them just as much as Barak did. Only the style will change.

Here's how we got the elections in the first place. On a Wednesday six weeks ago, Binyamin Netanyahu was in the middle of a lucrative American speaking tour. There, he met two members of the Council on Foreign Relations (C.F.R.), George Shultz and Henry Kissinger. In Netanyahu's own words, Shultz and Kissinger told him that the time was right to run for prime minister: a very noble message except elections weren't planned for another two years.

Netanyahu then hopped on a plane to Israel -- he claimed to attend a Bat Mitzvah -- had a few words with Barak, and flew back to America to continue his lectures. Two days later, Barak, who Kissinger & Gang put into power beginning with a New York meeting in May, 1995, resigned and called for elections in which he would remain a candidate.

Why would Barak make such an insane move unless told to do so? Barak was losing badly in the polls and began the race in a hopeless position. Then he continued with a campaign guaranteed to get him trounced at the polls. The C.F.R. determined that it was Sharon's turn to drag ISRAEL into war. Barak had prepared the path and now Sharon would lead the war. The world and its Jews, getting dumber by the day, believe that all these events can be explained away as random actions.

A few years back I received a phone call from New York from Joel Bainerman, who was attending an Israeli economic conference at the Sheraton Hotel in Manhattan. Excited, he said, "I was walking through a hall and guess who I saw come out of a conference room? Sharon and Kissinger". Joel told the same story to journalists covering the conference. At the next morning's press conference Sharon confirmed his meeting with Kissinger, adding that, "In order to achieve peace, concessions will have to be made". Sharon was asked if he meant territorial concessions. He refused to answer. Kissinger's talk had moulded the man.

Meanwhile, I called Sharon's spokesman, Ra'anan Gissin, and asked him what was discussed at that New York meeting in Manhattan's Sheraton Hotel. Gissin replied, "They met to discuss overall Middle East security issues". I asked why Sharon, then the Infrastructure Minister, should be discussing security matters at a trade conference? Gissin answered, "You're right, of course. They were discussing economic matters". I persisted, "Why was Sharon meeting Kissinger in the first place?" Gissin's reply was mind-boggling: "Minister Sharon has met Mr. Kissinger every time he has flown to America since the end of the Yom Kippur War".

This was way too much to digest so quickly. I blurted out, "What do you know about Kissinger's leadership in the Council on Foreign Relations?" Gissin paused and answered, "Mr. Sharon has left instructions that this topic will only be discussed when he writes his diplomatic memoirs".

Ariel Sharon was born and raised on a radical-Left Mapai moshav, KFAR MALAL. In early 1973 he quit the Israel Defense Forces and formed a political party, Shlomzion, whose followers were anticipated to be from the Left. Sharon even invited the extremist Yossi Sarid to join him in the party leadership. In October of the same year, war broke out and Sharon emerged the national hero.

Sharon's political career would now rise. The C.F.R. decided that Sharon had to be on their side. Sharon met with Kissinger and his proteges in early 1974 and received their power and blessings for a rise to the top, but with conditions. The first was that Sharon become a mole in the Israeli Right and that he destroy the Herut movement. Sharon returned to Israel, built up his party and proposed a united Right wing party to run in the 1977 elections. He amalgamated the Liberal (Gahal) Party with his own and Herut to create the Likud.

The election of the honorable and independent Likud leader Menachem Begin sent the Council on Foreign Relations into a tizzy. Sharon was called on to neutralize and ultimately remove Begin. Before that could be done, Begin was outflanked by Egyptian leader Anwar Sadat.

With all the power of the Council on Foreign Relations behind the Egyptian position, Begin relented and withdrew from the entire SINAI PENINSULA. The withdrawal could only proceed because Sharon was leading it. When one stubborn town, YAMIT refused to be obliterated, Sharon sent in the bulldozers to do the job, one reason he is known today as "the bulldozer", and a better reason to fear his real policy on uprooting Jewish homes.

On June 6, 1982, my army unit entered the Lebanon War. Following a trail of battles, we finally arrived at our position on JEBEL BARAUCH, high in the CHOUF MOUNTAINS, 80 km. from the safety of the Israeli border. We gathered around the T.V. set for the evening news and we heard Defence Minister Sharon's lie to Begin that the troops would stop advancing once they had reached the 40 km. line in Lebanon. We were stunned. The nation and its Prime Minister were being given a totally false picture of the war by Sharon. We all asked why and no answer was satisfactory.

A decade later Joel Bainerman and I spent an afternoon interviewing Menachem's Begin's son, Benny Begin. He was very coy with the facts we sought but, nonetheless, provided vital testimony. His father's war had been fought mostly to reverse a deal reached by Kissinger, Rabin and Syrian President Assad in 1975. Assad wanted ISRAEL off the GOLAN HEIGHTS, Rabin couldn't deliver, so Kissinger came up with a neat idea. SYRIA wanted LEBANON just as much, so let's give it to SYRIA. We will ignite a civil war and ISRAEL will allow Syrian troops in to bring "peace".

Benny Begin recalled. "Rabin laughed when he told this story and I said, 'Why are you so happy, 300,000 people died in that war?' Rabin smiled and answered, 'Don't worry, it was a good deal'". Menachem Begin's goal was to reverse the MIDDLE EAST of murder organized by the Council on Foreign Relations and Sharon's task was to stop him.

Benny Begin stressed one point without adding the precise details we sought. Sharon deliberately ousted his father from office.

We now recall the 1983 massacre at the SABRA and SHATILLA refugee camps. On a Friday morning, Sharon gave permission for Lebanese Christian Phalangist forces to eliminate remaining Palestine Liberation Organization snipers in the camps. The Phalangists had been victimized by savage P.L.O. massacres. Sharon must have known how they would react if given a free hand to operate in the camps. Word of the massacre reached him by the night but he did not order the Phalangists removed for two more days.

Sharon suffered a temporary career setback for his negligence but this was the beginning of the end of Menachem Begin.

Sharon has been a magnificent performer, building on his deserved reputation as a daring commander. Since 1974 he has been the darling of the Right. Since Sharon's rise, the Israeli Right has been slowly disintegrating.

When Netanyahu was ordered by his Council on Foreign Relations masters to sign the upcoming Wye Agreement, which gave the P.L.O. more territory than Rabin or Peres ever handed over, both the Council on Foreign Relations and Netanyahu understood that a huge ploy was needed to prevent massive protest against the outrage. So Netanyahu appointed Sharon his Foreign Minister, and barely a week later, Sharon gave his seal of approval to Wye. How could anyone protest when the militant darling of the Right authorized all its clauses?

Early on during the recent election campaign, numerous Israeli journalists wrote that Shimon Peres and Sharon were plotting against Barak. The goal this time, was to have Sharon's buddy Peres replace Barak as the Labor candidate.

However, Barak caught on and fought back with the strongest weapon in his arsenal: Peres' organization of the Rabin assassination. The far left Meretz Party was about to back a motion led by Yossi Sarid, to make Peres their candidate for the elections. Their central council was all ready to approve Peres when according to Yediot Ahronot, "Barak sent a messenger to remind the council members about Yitzhak Rabin".

Meretz then changed its mind about Peres. The media speculated that Barak reminded the Meretz members that Peres snitched on Rabin about an illegal bank account in 1977 that drove him from office or that Rabin called Peres "a relentless conniver", as if those facts weren't known and that they could turn the party against Peres.

Despite the Meretz rejection, Peres called out all his forces, especially in the media, to mount a campaign to replace Barak with himself. Then Barak appeared on a morning radio show on Reshet Bet and said that if Peres didn't stop his campaign, he was going to talk to the Rabin Family about the assassination. Peres's campaign to replace Barak came to a grinding halt.

Every available Saturday afternoon, for over twenty years, Sharon and Peres meet at Peres's home for what they call "social visits". During Peres's 70th birthday party, Sharon was placed in the seat of honor beside Peres. They are the closest of friends and their "vicious" rivalry over the years has been brilliantly stage managed.

Do not be surprised if the happy couple come out of the closet and into the Knesset. If Sharon has his way, Peres will be his Foreign Minister. Yes, Sharon knows about Rabin, all the insiders do. Sharon will fight any legal action which could bring justice to the memory of Rabin by trying Rabin's real murderers. Sharon will protect his buddy Shimon with all the considerable powers he has just received.

ISRAEL will go to war under Sharon, not because of him -- he is just the right "hard-line, militant" pawn to justify bloody violence against the Jewish nation -- but because the real powers who aspire to rule this planet have planned it that way all along.

Let me point out, although David Ben Ariel may not hold exactly the same opinions that we personally hold, we believe his aptitude and insight has always been unique and worthy of examining in detail. His rectitude has always been admirable and his concern for Israel unquestioned.

Because of his outstanding interest and admiration of Israel, we made him part of our Management Team and held him responsible for alerting us to any shifts in European covert actions against Eretz Yisroel.

Many Jews still hold strongly to David's insistence regarding innate Germanic attitudes regarding dominance of all other states and having a secret agenda directly ultimately against Jews and the rest of Mankind. Although I may not entirely agree, honestly I can't definitely believe he is wrong. My instinct believes he is really "onto" something, which none of us can ignore.

First of all, David, this is an excellent piece. We don't track on everything, but on keeping a close eye on Germany, we most assuredly do.

So, I have a question for you. Have you seen any machinations behind Chancellor Merkel? Evidences of the Social Christian party of Bayern in action?

Finally, for Dave Nalle and others reading this article.

I've noticed that looking behind the conventional and comfortable sources of data, news and ideas is very difficult for you, to put it politely. It is for most people. But survival in the future will depend on being able to look beyond what is your comfortable source of news, data and ideas.

A future that you do not understand at all is rushing at you with gathering speed. The riots in Damesek, the burning of two Danish embassies are just small signs of this.

While I am not a Christian and do not agree with everything that David ben Ariel's church believes in, the Philadelphia Trumpet has had a habit of calling events before they've occurred. That is something worth paying attention to.

Occasionally, I would listen to some of the Christian preachers on TV while I lived in the States. Curiosity would draw me there. The majority were just hucksters with only garbage on their tongues. Herbert Armstrong stood out as one man making sense, a diamond amongst a pile of coal. He actually provided analyses, where the other preachers provided nothing but thin air.

Again, I point out that I am no Christian and never will be. But David is worth paying careful attention to.

Sorry for being right

As Israel approached the 10th anniversary of the Rabin assassination, Yediot Ahronot published a survey which showed that 35 percent of Israelis did not believe the government's version of the murder. Discounting the Arab sector, which has almost no knowledge of the issue, close to half of all Israeli Jews believe or suspect the government is lying to them about the circumstances of Rabin's demise.

Just previous to the release of the poll, long and, I would say, respectful features about me were printed in a wide variety of Hebrew publications including Anashim (People), ShofarNews and Ma'ariv. In the wake of the poll, I was invited to appear on four television programs in a week, including the very staid and establishment "London & Kirschenbaum" and "Hok Vetzedek" (Law and Justice).

And why not? A good portion of the reason for the poll's result was directly attributable to my book, Who Murdered Yitzhak Rabin, which has sold over 34,000 copies in six languages.

I have achieved that elusive prize which escapes almost many Anglo writers: widespread recognition by mainstream Hebrewspeaking Israelis. Not a bad achievement for someone who dared to write that Yigal Amir did not murder Yitzhak Rabin....

Barry Chamish re: Steven Plaut, Daniel Pipes and The Jewish Press

It's great to see Barry Chamish respond to Steven Plaut's (Shimon Peres) slander and set the record straight for those interested in the plain truth of the matter.

Now to the vulgar slander that appeared in the Jewish Press last week.

First, some background:
Before I ever heard the name Daniel Pipes, it was reported to me that he had mounted a campaign of slander against me. Until then, I didn't realize that not only was he a member of the Council On Foreign Relations (CFR), he was almost entirely funded by them directly or by proxy. His prominence was not due to any innate talent; he had an in. His father, Richard, was head of the CIA's Soviet department through the Cold War.
Pipes turned to writing mediocrities with names you don't know like Goldwasser, Balint and Plout.

Their assignment was to write to every site and newsgroup which published me, threatening them if they so continued. The first two, I surmise, saw how they were used and backed off. What remained was the third mediocrity, Plout.

Now I never publish his name simply because he doesn't deserve any publicity on my coattails. Leave it be said that he is a professor, virtually unknown in Israeli academic circles, and he once wrote a book, apparently about the local boy scouts movement. I looked it up on Amazon. It is number over a million, meaning it's sold about twelve copies.
Pipes tried to cover his tracks by setting up a phoney grudge between me and him. That didn't work because, if I had to, I would choose a much worthier grudge match. But he took on his assignment with vigor and not much intelligence. After being caught in the act with sites loyal to me, he played the same game using pseudonyms in places like Rotter.net and Israel's Wikipedia. But he was too dumb to cover his tracks well.
His style of slander was repetitious enough but the big giveaway was referring to Pipes and leaving links to his site everywhere he showed up. The best giveaway though was, accidentally or not, now and then, thoughtfully including his e-mail address in the comments supposedly by other people.

His most vicious slander was a long term attempt to portray me as a Holocaust denier. For that I am suing him next week. In the Jewish Press article, to save himself in court, he admitted it wasn't true. But in the wake of it, he employed a few devotees with names like Efratguy to spread the same lie.

Consider this letter just received from a blog owner:
I posted your email in my blog and someone in new jersey did a search for "daniel pipes shill blog" and found us, and then several visitors came from Tel Aviv straight to my site. They anonymously said a few rude things about you and now they're just lurking. I was amazed at how quickly they showed up AND the fact that there were probably a hundred returns to that search...think they went to every one of them and badmouthed you? anyway, my blog is at http://nord.twu.net/acl/news.html

Stay safe... looks like you're enemies are pretty desperate to shut you down. I couldn't believe it when they called you a neo-nazi and a holocaust denier!

A few of the letters sent to the Jewish Press were forwarded to me. I'm told many more were sent and I can't begin to express my gratitude to all these wonderful people. Let us categorize the arguments. First, the writers noted the article had no research, no scholarship, but it sure contained a lot of hate:

Only error and misdeeds have to be explained away, like trying to "explain away" lipstick on your shorts.

It is surprising to me that the Jewish Press would support such weak quasi-intellectualism as was present in the conspiracy article by Steven Plaut. One can never judge the truth by just labelling something mental illness and writing it off like that. Every true Dayan (and scientist as well) understands that every detail of a claim must be examined carefully before a conclusion is reached as to its veracity or lack thereof.

Next, the writers expressed the suspicion that the article was commissioned by people a great deal more powerful than the "author:"

One wonders why the author of this article finds the official gov't line so much more credible than the obvious conclusion which the above facts lead to. One also wonders if he doesn't have similar biases in his poohpoohing other conspiracies, in particular the Rabin Assassination which he has written about extensively in defense of the gov't position.

Plaut then quotes a certain "seminal book" by Daniel Pipes. The entire Plaut article thus strives to resemble a scholarly review of another scholarly work.

This sort of writing just proves that he is either a mole or a tool of the Federal Government.

The author then goes to the fallacy of logic (argument ad hominem) and links Barry Chamish to fringe neo-Nazi and Holocaust revisionist groups. I can attest, that as a conservative in some political aspects, nonetheless my writings have appeared in the web-pages of the far left in America. The fact of the Internet is, that anyone can cut and paste the writings of anyone else. So much for the spurious use of argument ad hominem by the individual to whom I address.

Very simply put; Barry Chamish writes with a bias to Israeli nationalism and Daniel Pipes is a Neocon. There you have it.

But what really peeved the writers, was the "author's" insinuation that I, and anyone who thinks as I do, is "mentally ill." Now here's where things get interesting:

Vocabulary words used incorrectly by individuals who consider themselves intellectuals create misrepresentation, but what is even more bizarre is how loosely some individuals use non existent terms or words.
There are many slick unsavory characters from all walks of life who probably contribute to numerous unsolved mysteries.

There is no reference to "conspiracism" or "Conspiracists" in legal or medical terminology or any reference to a diagnosis of "conspiracism" as a mental illness or "plague".

Conspiracy: in Criminal Law occurs when two or more persons conspire/ plan an unlawful act, which becomes unlawful when done by the concerted action of the conspirators.

Civil Conspiracies: the term "civil" is used to designate a conspiracy which will furnish ground for a civil action,as where, in carrying out the design of the conspirators, overt acts are done causing legal damage, the person injured has a right of action.

His faulty logic goes like this: Because some people believe in conspiracies, all people who believe in conspiracies suffer mental illness, and therefore promote anti-Semitism thus they are dangerous and you should avoid them.

When I have questioned Plaut about his passion against Chamish, he was totally steadfast. No facts in the world could sway Plaut from his attitude. His answers were full of emotion. He did not answer my questions just lashed back about Chamish being crazy.

As I see it, Plaut has a personal dislike for Chamish and the Jewish Press fell prey to it. If it is not a personal dislike, it is probably part of a campaign to discredit Chamish so the truths he does discover are not given validity. I guess that would make it a conspiracy, and since I am the one to suspect it, by Plaut's definition that would make me mentally ill.

Daniel Pipes may be an 'expert' on the Middle East but it is news to me
that he is also a serious student of psychology. To describe all those
who come to grips with some of the most serious conspiracies - and their
cover-ups - as paranoid delusions, - means that a huge percentage of

Now look at this remarkable exchange, sent to me. The reader merely suggested that Plout appear on Tamar Yonah's radio show on Arutz Sheva to explain his views, because she often has me as his guest. What is Plout's answer? He calls Tamar "mentally ill."

In his defense petition to the court at the upcoming suit, plout submitted reams and reams and reams of quotes from my work. He knows every word and nuance of my writing. In fact, he knows it far better than I do. I certainly never read anything he's "written," so if he doesn't like my stuff, why doesn't he just ignore it? What is the reason for this obsession.

As you will soon see, many readers assume he is on Pipes' payroll and just wants to impress the boss. That answer is not entirely satisfactory to me. He attacks his mission with way too much vigor.

Can you imagine anyone working day and night, non-stop, just to put an end to my writing success? There have to be more sinister causes.

And I found one. A clinical psychologist working for an American prison service took the trouble of reading plout's "work" and analyzing it. His professional conclusion has to be the right one:

I suggest that the evidence indicates that Steven Plaut is suffering from an acute form of mental illness known as "Arrested Development." This mental illness is characterized by denial of the obvious. This mental illness usually develops in childhood as a psychological self-defense mechanism for survival in an abusive home. Mr. Plaut in fact is in denial of a truism that nearly every mature psychologically balanced adult acknowledges, id est, "The annals of history are replete with accounts of conspiracies."

Now we have to ask ourselves why Steven Plaut feels compelled to write missives containing such bitter vitriol? In a google search for Mr. Plaut's writings I discovered that nearly everything he writes is a tirade or a screed. His articles almost without exception are written in the attack mode. He reminds me of a two year old screaming to get his demands met. It is obvious to me that Mr. Plaut is crying out for help. He has an identical psychological profile as the inmates whom I counsel in the state prison system. He appears to be unbalanced. He needs to get help soon.

We are clearly dealing with one very sick individual.

Now let us look at the anger the writers felt at the Jewish Press. First, it was reported to me by several people, that the paper didn't have the courtesy to reply to their letters:

I just wrote to the Letters to the Editor. I've heard nothing back.

Other writers reported they refused to grant me an equal hearing:

A situation has developed in The Jewish Press where serializing Barry's essays has been replaced by serializing non-stop, primitive attacks against Barry, WITH NO RIGHT OF RESPONSE.

This is not right.

And I say that it is not right as a journalist who has been a member of the U.S. Society of Professional Journalists for 16 years, a member of the Foreign Press Association in Israel for 15 years, who produced a nationally syndicated radio show in New York (The Barry Farber Show), was a Business and Finance Reporter with Reuters' second largest bureau worldwide, in New York, and worked with CBS Television National Network News, in New York.

This is NOT RIGHT.

You cannot maintain the pretense of The Jewish Press being a serious newspaper -- unless you simply want to be seen as another Shtetl Jewish organizational rag -- if you go on and on and on publishing these Trash Barry Chamish "commentaries" and "letters-to-the-editor", NEVER allowing your victim a right of response.

This is an OUTRAGE.

A group of Orthodox Jews would be the last group I would expect to go along with smearing another person as you allowed to happen in your paper. Using the Laws of Evidence as a standard, do you excuse yourself because you are not acting in a court. Well, you are acting in the court of public opinion. Perhaps you also ignore the possibility that what you printed was loshen hora.

Decency on your part would have posted the opposing opinions next to each other and let the reader come to his own conclusion.

Two writers demanded an apology to me or they would stop reading the amateurish rag for good. Below is one good example:

I have an appeal. I took the article to my attorney Dov Even Or and he advised me that it was amongst the most blatant and libelous hatchet jobs he's ever seen. But a suit from Israel would bankrupt me even before it was heard. I can afford to sue a plout from here but can't reach the jewish press without a New York based-attorney. If anyone can represent me on contingency, we have an easy victory and a great way to get Israel's anguish publicized. Please write me if you can take on a trial for justice...that will pay for itself.

The Americans For A Safe Israel website checked plout's holocaust denier charges against me and found them to be lies. In an act of true morality, I add for a change, the webmaster banned plout from every appearing on his list again.

OK, last time around,
I checked Stormfront, they quote him, nothing to indicate that he had submitted material. As I pointed out to you earlier your articles are also quoted many places I doubt you submitted them to. . He is always identified as pro-Israel and a holocaust 'believer'. They quote him simply because he raises questions looking for accountability from the Israeli government. What a concept !

I also checked out other websites of the revisionist genera, they ALL cite him as pro Israel and anti revisionist. Not a one made any tiny effort to identify him as an ally. Several had vehement opposition to his appearing at the event that Pipes was so worked up over. Daniel Pipes would have done much better to have appeared with him to debate the revisionists. That's water under the bridge now, he didnt and the event didnt happen.

Barry Chamish did not " write a single piece for the nazis about his family", I had read that article before it appeared on that website. I suspect they copied it off other sites. As I believe is the case with the other articles, all of which are openly pro Israel and anti revisionist.

You still maintain that he has 'collaborated' with the neo-nazi sites, even after you said you did not say that he had no nazi views. You just cant keep from coming back to that canard.

Mr Plaut what I have been spending several hours doing was going over the links and websites that you cited to substantiate your accusations against Barry Chamish. To this moment there is not a single piece of evidence in what you cite to remotely substantiate your allegations and charges.

You also mix in terms such as 'deranged' in your allegations, although you are not a doctor. And you make statements that he is so ''desperate for attention that he will even publish his conspiracy nonsense on their websites.''.

The overwhelming conclusion I come to is that you have an incredible personal bias against Chamish that honestly affects your judgement regarding him. Your personal dislike is so strong that you cannot make a statement about him without going back to the items that have already been shown to you to be without merit.

Re to Daniel Pipes, he is an outspoken advocate of another arab state. You can decide for yourself whether he is pro-Arab or not. His writings are on record for his support of the Arab state.

Bottom line sir, in view of your strong and unjustified allegations amounting to unsubstantiated smears of another pro-Israel Israelite I am removing you from membership of AFSI and banning your articles on the AFSI list. I am cc'ing this to the list owner and other moderators.

Now you may not like the politics of the next site but look what it reveals about this plout. He is a genuine crook and nut. And more is pouring in. Court should be fun next week.

One of FrontPages's most pernicious writers is Steven Plaut, a man who "could be thought of as Israel's Daniel Pipes" (Pipes is the instigator of Campus-Watch), and is someone who "launched an Internet site on which he publishes articles that typically espouse far-right positions" [6]. Given that Plaut was born and raised in the US, educated at top US universities, one would have hoped that he had learned the finer points of living in a democracy; however, he now lives in Israel, and this may have dulled his sensibilities.

For an insight into Plaut's integrity and civility the following incidents should warn anyone about the character of this person:

" a young political philosopher and human rights campaigner from Ben Gurion University, Dr. Neve Gordon, was accused by an extreme right-wing polemicist from Haifa University, Dr. Ste[v]en Plaut, of being a supporter of Norman Finkelstein, whose book, The Holocaust Industry, led many on the Right to associate him with Holocaust deniers. When Gordon decided to sue him for libel, Plaut subsequently disseminated articles attacking Gordon on the Internet, including on some extreme right-wing Kahanist sites. Morton Klein, the head of the Zionist Organization in America, also weighed in against Gordon by writing to the President and the Rector of Ben Gurion University questioning the continued employment of Gordon and protesting his libel case which, Klein argued, was an intervention in the civil liberties of Plaut because it denied Plaut's right to freedom of expression! [...] Writing under assumed names, Plaut has a long history of attacking, labeling, and targeting left-wing scholars in Israel. One anonymous article appeared under the name of Socrates in the Middle East Review of 2001. " [7] (emphasis added)

Here is a recent example where Plaut savages Jonathan Cook, an important free-lance journalist who frequently writes on Palestine and the Middle East. Plaut easily brandishes the "anti-Semite" slur and here he demonstrates hyperbolic tendencies:

Cook is a self-proclaimed "freelance journalist". He is in fact a vicious anti-Semite openly endorsing Palestinian mass murder of Jews. The very fact that he has never been deported nor jailed by Israel speaks volumes about the extent to which the Israeli government is really willing to defend the country and Israelis. Cook writes anti-Israel propaganda for the Egyptian anti-Semitic daily al-Ahram the anti-Semitic British daily The Guardian, al-Jazaara [sic], and just about any other anti-Semitic outfit you can think of.[8]

In 2004, Plaut lifted the email list of an electronic discussion forum based at the Univ. of Haifa [9]. Then, using this list, a co-conspirator called "Rocky" proceeded to send hateful emails to the forum posing as someone called Yusuf, a "Zionist Palestinian", who also was "your token Arab who adores Israel". "Rocky" then made the mistake of using CC instead of BCC to forward one of his diatribes. The ensuing email exchange between "Rocky" and Plaut discussing the faux pas was revealed when "Rocky" repeated the mistake by sending it to the entire distribution list! It would make amusing reading were it not for such a sordid attempt at deception, the smearing of others, and interfering in a discussion of Israeli academics on how to obtain a modicum of justice for the Palestinians [10]. Furthermore, one could well imagine the furor if a Palestinian academic were to pose as a malevolent prankster in a Zionist website posing as Moshe "your token Jew who adores Palestine." Plaut's activities demonstrate a lack of integrity and honesty. Perhaps one would expect higher standards from a Princeton educated professor, but maybe in Israel, in a business school, this is considered par for the course. These facts notwithstanding, he is a regular contributor to FrontPage!
