Barry Chamish and David Rutstein, two Israelis, both publicly charge Shimon Peres with the murder of Yitzhak Rabin and haven't been sued! They courageously testify before the Israeli people that something isn't kosher. They offer plenty of evidence that Shimon Peres came to power over Rabin's dead body. Messrs. Chamish and Rutstein decry that Rabin's real killers are still at large and that Rabin's real killers are still selling out Israel to foreigners, gorging themselves with blood money and fattening themselves for the slaughter they fail to believe will include them, as it most certainly will, as history warns every kapo discovered to his horror.

I'm convinced that the same vultures that circled Rabin, that saw to his violent death, who have brutally betrayed Prime Minister Rabin and sold out the nation, are heavily bribed, bought and paid for prostitutes, involved in illicit foreign affairs with their European counterparts and Vatican cronies.

Such scandals must be brought to light (that would rock the nation and shake the world), if such stooges are to be stopped dead in their tracks, their treason exposed and their ticking time-bomb defused! (1. Rabin: I personally believe that Yigal Amir killed Rabin and that in light of the circumstances he may have been given a raw deal. It may have been a mistake both regarding the truth and tactics for the religious right in Israel to deny this possibility and place too much emphasis on "Conspiracy" notions. Nevertheless the strong desire to find "others"guilty of the act is understandable and to a degree even justifiable in light of some of the evidence as first presented.
Whatever the case we do not really care one way or the other on this matter.

(2. Peres to Sue BC? We do not like Peres. Maybe he is a criminal and worse. That bad things are said about him does not really worry us though the truth should be told. Lies can only do a disservice in the long run. Apart from that, if you were Shimeon Peres would you sue?
Consider:
Why should an 86 - year old man not necessarily in the best of health expose himself to great aggravation and legal costs to sue BC thus drawing attention to the claims of BC and allowing BC to conduct a publicity circus, and publicize numerous additional allegations some of which may be partly true?
If Peres won the case, as he probably would, and was awarded costs and damages would he be able to collect the money??
Would the credibility of BC be affected in the eyes of his adherents?
Would the standing of Shimeon Peres be enhanced?
I doubt it.
BC has lost cases before and knows from experience that he has nothing to worry about losing more.

(3. Conspiracy. This is the main point as far as we are concerned. BC provided a service to those who needed the "guilt" for the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin to be diverted to "Establishment" figures.
We disagree with him on this matter but who cares?
That BC tells lies about people some of whom are much better than himself is a bad thing but we could live with it.

EU foreign influence in Jerusalem grows

(I'm convinced that the same EU powers that Shimon Peres and other Jewish traitors have sold out to, that wanted Yitzhak Rabin eliminated, are after Jerusalem - the end of their Road Map).

The Vatican has its evil eye on Jerusalem! What better place to start their siege against the Holy City than Mt. Zion? Watch for them to fortify their position and launch an all-out attack to undermine Israeli sovereignty, enlisting Jewish traitors and the international community.

The Vatican's illegitimate claims to Mt. Zion stem from the extorted belief that Jesus' "Last Supper" was held in the Upper Room of the traditional site of King David's Tomb. I am a Christian and trust Jesus held such a meal in Jerusalem, but there is no way to prove it was at such a site and since the bloody Roman Catholic Church states it to be so, I highly doubt it.

Regardless, the allleged "Upper Room" would not be a holy site in light of the New Testament and is never mentioned again after the fact, but the Temple Mount stands alone as "the most holy place." Isn't that what the Vatican is really after? Haven't they coveted the crown of Jerusalem, and its crown jewel - the Temple Mount - since the Crusades? The leopard has not changed its spots!

Some might contend that there isn't sufficient proof that King David (my forefather) is actually buried on Mt. Zion. However, it is a Jewish belief, it is the Jewish homeland, and it isn't necessary for Jews to prove anything to the world, as it is honestly none of their business.

If Israel were wise, they would immediately cut off all negotiations, unequivocally state Jerusalem is not for sale, and threaten any Jew who persists in such an error and grievous sin with expulsion from the Jewish community. It's that serious! Israeli sovereignty is at stake!

Rabbi Avraham Goldstein is leader of the Diaspora Yeshiva (Yeshiva Toras Yisrael) that has been blessed since 1966 to utilize David's Tomb and the building complex on Mt. Zion for religious classes and services. Goldstein is also Chief Rabbi of the Old City of Jerusalem, and in agreement with all 14 rabbis in the Old City, is convinced that the Vatican's true intent is to ultimately evict the yeshiva and completely empty the complex of Jews.

"Jerusalem is in danger," the rabbi warned his American audience, as reported by The Jewish Voice and Opinion, exposing the disturbing fact that the European Union has joined dark forces with the Palestinian Authority to put undue pressure upon Israel to disengage from half the Holy City and cede the Eastern half to the Muslim Arabs.

Why exalt the Roman Catholic Church to such a lofty position? As Barry Chamish has duly noted, the German-built Dormition Abbey on Mt. Zion (next to the yeshiva) is an exact replica of the German Church that crowned emperors: Charlemagne's Aachen Cathedral. Can't we see what spirit is at work here and what plans are in store? UN Resolution 181 demands Jerusalem become a separate, international city that will amount to a long-held Catholic dream of Jerusalem serving as the capital of their Crusader-Kingdom.

The German-Jesuit powers that be are busy reconstructing Europe into the final revival of the unholy Roman Empire of the German Nation that Daniel foresaw wreaking havoc on the Middle East and Jeremiah foresaw affecting the whole world (all of Jacob, the unprecedented Time of Jacob's Trouble).

Will the Israeli authorities fall for Europe's BIG LIE of "peace and security" (and religious freedom and independence upon the Temple Mount) and enable them to station troops around Jerusalem in a clever and deceitful perversion of Bamidbar Rabbah 1,3:

If the nations of the world had only known how much they needed the Temple, they would have surrounded it with armed fortresses to protect it.

Doesn't Zechariah warn of such Roman wolves in sheep's clothing? Must Jerusalem suffer a brutal betrayal and rape, with the violent eviction of Jews from half of the Holy City, all of it under brazen Gentile occupation? The Israeli government has yet to reopen the Rabin file in the pursuit of justice, which leads many to believe such foot-dragging is because it would expose too many of them, but why is the United States looking the other way, or did they participate in the cover-up to advance their putrid part in the lying peace process? What does the United States know and isn't telling?

Conspiracy theorists Uri Barkan, Barry Chamish, Natan Geffen and David Morrison wrote books alleging that Amir's action was on the surface intended to have been a staged, unsuccessful assassination bid to rekindle Rabin's flagging popularity, and was subverted by other factions (variously ascribed to political opponents, or the Israeli Secret Services Shin Bet or Shabak) who added the fatal wounds later.

The right-wing conspiracy theories made some or all of the following claims:

* Police reports state that powder was found on Rabin's body and clothing, suggesting that he had been shot at point blank range (powder travels only inches before dispersing). Amir shot from a range at which no powder traces would have been left.
* Surgical notes describing a bullet wound which penetrated the front of the chest before impacting the spinal cord from inside, inconsistent with the witness reports and video evidence that Rabin was shot in his back while walking away from Yigal Amir.
* Rabin would have walked after Amir's shots in a manner inconsistent with gunshot, an impossibility if they shattered the vertebrae.
* The bullet path for a shot by Amir was implausible
* Each medical record describes wounds which are "completely different" in nature to those concluded by the official Shamgar Commission.
* Medical descriptions of Rabin's condition are described by Chamish as suddenly appearing to change.
* The view of Dr Guttman, a physician, that "[t]he first two wounds, to the chest and abdomen occurred before Rabin's arrival. The third, frontal chest wound, had to have been inflicted after he entered the hospital," and that "it is inconceivable that Rabin had no spinal damage. The six members of the operating team were too skilled to have all been wrong about that."
* Anecdotal reports of hospital staff expressing doubts as to the circumstances of that night.
* Amir fired one shot. But trauma from at least two, perhaps three separate shots were reported to his body.
* Three police officers who had been present testified that "when Yitzhak Rabin was placed in the car, he showed no visible wounds." (Gordon Thomas in his book "Gideon's Spies" adds: "The surgeons insisted there was no possible gunshot wound that would have allowed Rabin to leave the attack site showing no evidence of a wound and arrive at the hospital with multiple damage ... subsequently the doctors have refused to discuss the matter.")
* Rabin's car became "lost" for 22 minutes on a 45-second drive to hospital by a highly experienced chauffeur, on clear cordoned-off streets. The distance between the murder site and hospital can be walked in five minutes.
* Police ballistics tests on shell casings found at the scene did not match Amir's gun.
* Powder traces (almost inevitably present if the suspect has shot genuine bullets [not blanks] from a handgun) were not found on Amir's hands, clothing or hair.
* No blood was seen coming from Rabin at the scene, despite wounds to his lung and spleen, nor was any found later at that location. (By contrast witnesses describe blood "gushing" from a chest wound upon arriving at hospital)
* Witnesses stated that Amir shouted, "It's nothing ... they're blanks. It's a toy gun."
* A Shin Bet (secret service) agent testified that "I heard a policeman shout to people to calm down. The shot is a blank."
* Policeman Moshe Ephron stated: "The shots didn't sound natural. If they were real shots, they should have sounded much louder."
* Leah Rabin stated her husband did not stagger and fall after apparently being shot at close range. "He was standing and looking very well." She also said that she was kept from seeing her husband for a full hour and was told by an Israeli security chief that she "should not worry as the whole thing had been staged."
* Amir's comment at a court hearing, "If I tell the truth, the whole system will collapse. I know enough to destroy this country."

(1500 posters have been strategically placed throughout Jerusalem and Tel Aviv airing these grievances).

And shouldn't reporters question why the Labor informers who leaked the news before the Labor primary (that stooge Yigal Amir shot blanks from a sterile area and Shimon Peres was part of the staged event) didn't follow through with any demands for a new investigation and failed to insist Israel must reopen the Rabin File? Could this dereliction of duty, this possible criminal neglect to pursue the matter backfire on those who would indict "the man who would be king?" (especially since it's believed the Vatican promises Peres a place in the "New Jerusalem" under "international control").

After my initial interrogation of six and one half hours, the Thursday before, I reported, as demanded, to the police station Friday morning, Saturday morning, Sunday morning, and then Monday morning the fellow who had actually been nice to me, he said his name was Moshe, was ordered to serve me a deportation order. He expected me to sign it and, APPALLED, I purposely dropped the accursed paper from my hands and let it fall to the floor where it belonged! I refused to sign it.

They put me in that dungeon called the Russian Compound, built hundreds of years ago by the Turks, and which has since been toured by Israeli parliament members saying it should be torn down! I was in a cell made for ten and at one time we had twenty one people in it, with mats lying all over the floor and bed bugs crushed on the walls and everyone but me (by the grace of God) had welts on them from their bites!

We had one "bathroom" for all of us in that cell: it was a literal hole in the floor, and the shower pipe (no showerhead) was just over that hole, and a filthy sink, and everyone had to practically beg for toilet paper. I was there for over two weeks before my unjust deportation, after being brought before the Jerusalem magistrate (who refused to release me, being represented by famous Israeli lawyer Naftali Warzberger), and later before Israel's High Court who agreed there was no reason I shouldn't have been set free, that there was no risk of flight, but now they were just going to deport me since my citizenship request was denied.

The Temple Mount Faithful paid for all my legal expenses, recognizing the whole ordeal was politico-religious persecution against all of us, yet the Leftists targeted little ol' me!

Is it a crime to have an abiding love for Israel? To believe what's written in the Law and the Prophets concerning the Temple and our responsibility to construct it? To mourn that it hasn't been done yet? As the Jerusalem Talmud states: "every generation in which the Temple has not been built is as if the Temple were destroyed in it...." Isn't Israel's state emblem a gold menorah in between two gold olive branches?

Must I remain in exile, banished from the Land I love, because my hope, prayer, and dream is for Israel to fulfill what that symbol represents: the Temple and Israel's destiny to become a Light to all nations?

The future of Shimon Peres is also not clear. He left Labor several weeks ago to join Kadima, exclusively because of Ariel Sharon. "I do not believe that it is possible to advance the peace process in the current political situation," Peres said at the time, "other than with a coalition. The only one who can lead this is Ariel Sharon." With Sharon all but out of the picture, Peres is now reportedly considering returning to Labor - although aides close to him denied this. He met with Olmert on Friday.

From reading Ryan Mauro's book, Death to America: The Unreported Battle of Iraq -- it was impressed upon my mind how mad some Muslims are driven by the jinns of jihad and insanely seek to wreak havoc and destruction upon all the world who rejects their false vision. I gladly testify that not all Muslims share their perverted passion, as is evident in noble men like Sheik Abdul Hadi Palazzi of Rome, Italy.

However, I do solemnly affirm that such spiritual sickness does not only afflict the Muslim world, but that such religious fanaticism is again to rear its ugly head in blood-soaked Europe. Europe's rapid response to jihad will be a new crusade that will slaughter both Arabs and Jews and every Christian who doesn't agree with the Roman Catholic Church!

The Prophet Daniel records some great provocation, an Islamic confederation or network of sorts that is soon to butt heads with Catholic Europe (Daniel 11:40-45), resulting in a blitzkrieg operation that will strike them dead in the Middle East, taking out countries like Egypt and subduing Libya and Ethiopia and undoubtedly overwhelming Iran.

That is good news. Europe -- not America -- will neutralize the Nazi-Muslim threat. However, the bad news is that it will bring out the beast in Europe and only whet their appetite for more blood. Europe will morph into the final revival of the unholy Roman Empire of the German Nation, and demand Jerusalem become an “international city,” as called for by the accursed UN Resolution 181. The Germans and Jesuits have been the major influence behind this strategic move and have their evil eyes on the prize of Jerusalem, especially the coveted Temple Mount.

The whole world has been focusing on Islamic terrorism, as is understandable, but the greatest threat to world peace is the German-dominated European Union! The United States has foolishly been helping to create such a Frankenstein Monster that will brutally betray both the American, British and Jewish peoples. Herbert W. December 19, 2005:


Prime Minister Sharon shares drinks with Shimon Peres in the Knesset. Within half an hour, Sharon is driven to hospital unconscious. It took Sharon a day before he could even spell his own name.

Sharon was brought into the hospital by his bodyguard, Yoram Rubin. As a good chunk of ISRAEL knows today, it was the Peres-Rubin team that murdered Yitzhak Rabin. When Rubin was shown on television news accompanying Sharon's stretcher, suspicions spread throughout the country.

For two days, Sharon remained in hospital where he underwent intensive tests. We may ask, how did they miss the blood clot that struck Sharon barely two weeks later?

Police Say There´s Evidence Linking Sharon to $3 Million Bribe

The police say they know of evidence linking Prime Minister Ariel Sharon to the receipt of a $3 million bribe. So reported Channel Ten tonight, causing a storm of reaction and calls for Sharon to resign.


Cyril Kern & Martin Sleep

The investigation of the money trail to Sharon has been underway for over three years, and in fact was first publicized before the last national election, in 2003. The case is known as the Cyril Kern Affair, named for the South African friend of Sharon who served as a conduit for the money. The source of the cash, however, has long been suspected to be Austrian millionaire and Jericho casino owner Martin Schlaff. The police say the money was used partially to help Sharon pay back campaign contributions that he had received illegally in 1999, and partly for the Sharon family's private use.


Schlaff's Parents Living in Israel

Because of the suspicions hanging over him, Schlaff has refrained from visiting ISRAEL of late. His brother James, however, came for a visit two weeks ago -- and the police jumped at the opportunity. They raided his parents' home in ISRAEL, and confiscated documents and two laptop computers. However, the police were not permitted to extricate the information on the computers without James' permission -- which he refused to give.


Schlaff's Brother James: Suspicious Behaviour

Schlaff's behavior aroused the suspicion of the police, which turned urgently to the courts and said that the computer files will show that the $3 million was in fact passed as a bribe to Ariel Sharon or his sons. The police therefore say that it is imperative for them to be allowed to enter the computers in order to extricate vital evidence in the Kern-Sharon Affair.

James Schlaff, aware of the developments, has since given his permission for the police to peruse his computer files.

Schlaff's lawyer Attorney Navot Tel-Tzur said there was actually nothing new in the case "except for the fact that there is a laptop computer involved". He expressed anger at the leak.


End of Sharon's Political Career

December 21, 2005:


James Schlaff flies to ISRAEL. He is immediately investigated by the police.


January 3, 2006:


The police investigation is leaked to Channel 10 television reporter Baruch Kra.


January 4, 2006:


Sharon is in the midst of a career-ending scandal until the late evening when he is struck down by a life-threatening blood clot in his brain.

Tonight, in VIENNA, some of the heroes of this affair, and of the next one, will meet at the huge bat-mitzvah celebration of Martin Schlaff’s granddaughter. Dov Weisglass, Schlaff’s old friend and lawyer will be there. Haim Ramon, another close friend, will also attend. There will be many others. Some of them from amongst the political, social, and economic elite of ISRAEL. Avigdor Lieberman, for example. No one is embarrassed by it. Some are even proud of it. In another time, another place, one could consider it collusion, coordinating testimonies. After all, Schlaff's name has recently been tied in to that other affair: "the Cyril Kern affair". Schlaff, in case you've forgotten, is one of the owners of the casino in Jericho.


A live Sharon will have to face prosecution for the Kern-Schlaff bribes, even in ISRAEL's thoroughly corrupt legal system. A dead Sharon will not have to face prosecution. That would be just fine for the creme de la creme of the country's political leadership.

The first impression is that Sharon survived the first attempt on his life. In reaction, James Schlaff immediately flew to ISRAEL with evidence to bring the prime minister down in scandal. Somehow, the police were tipped off and immediately confiscated the evidence.

Once the investigation was done, the results were leaked to the media. On the day of the second stroke, the scandal spread fast, threatening to engulf many of the country's political elite in deep corruption.

I know something about guns. I've been a custom rifle builder [as a hobby] for 40 plus years. I've also built some competition handguns. I also know a little about what the police call "ballistics" [which differ from what firearms engineers call "ballistics"] because I've been a defense lawyer for 30 years and have tried more than a few murder cases. However, I know NOTHING about the Rabin assassination or the type of firearm supposedly used. I can't get the video to run in my computer so that doesn't help.

However, I assume that the assassin used a semi-auto handgun based on the questions raised in your post. A blank cartridge can cycle a semi-auto action is some cases. It depends on the pressure egenerated by the blank cartirdge and how it is made. It also depends on the strength of the recoil spring in the handgun. Most commercially manufactured blanks will not cycle the action unless the recoil spring is weak however.

Muzzle flash is almost meaningless. Any cartridge with a full charge of powder, whether it is a blank with paper or parafin wadding in place of the bullet or whether it has a real bullet, will create a muzzle flash that is huge. Muzzle flash is nothing but hot gases from the burning powder breaking free of the barrel. These hot expanding gases are the same thing that creates the noise in any gun. Therefore, if it makes noise, there will be a large muzzle flash.

Technically, external ballistics is the study of the path of a bullet in flight. Internal ballistics deals with the pressures -- in some handguns as much as 45,000 pouinds per square inch and in rifles as high as 65,000 psi, that the burning powder generates in the chamber and as it progresses through the barrel. Police, however, refer to "ballistics" as the marks made on both the bullet as it passes through the barrel -- basically a fingerprint from machining imperfections in the barrel -- and the marks on the fired cases made by machining imperfections in the chamber and on the bolt face of the gun. These marks can be very unreliable or they can be quite reliable. Police generally use a very low standard -- if there are 15 or more identical marks between the bullet taken from a victim and a test bullet, they consider it a match. There may be as many as 150 discernable marks on the bullet or case and they consider it a match if there are fewer than 2 dozen similarities.

Many years ago, when I was working as a gunsmith, we conducted some tests with different barrels that had the rifling cut with the same broach. Even though the barrels were on different guns, we were able to reproduce more than 2 dozen similar machining marks on different bullets. I, personally, do not trust these ballistic tests anymore than I trust fingerprint evidence which is a whole 'nother problem.

Depending on what type of blank is used, an automatic pistol may or may not work after the FIRST shot.
Basically, the pistol's carriage goes back to allow another cartridge to enter the firing chamber using a small amount of the power generated by the firing of the powder of the previous bullet.
The carriage and that includes the firing chamber as well as the rifled tube, barrel, which the bullet travels through on its way out, are easily moved by hand on pistols that require that for the first shot. "Cocking".
Other pistols are motivated by the trigger mechanism.
I have owned or fired several guns and tried at one time or another blanks and in some cases the pistol locked and in other cases the pistol worked normally.
DEPENDING FOR THE MOST ON THE AMOUNT of powder used to load the cartridge and type of powder.
The amount of energy delivered to both the bullet and the carriage depends on those things.
Compare it to a piston on a car's engine.
If you put LOW OCTANE gasoline the power generated by the igniting gasoline will be low, if in turn you put HIGH OCTANE gasoline that will increase and if you add nitro or sugar then that mixture will deliver a huge increase on power and of course cause to blow a piston as well... LOL

I observed the "flare" coming out of Amir's pistol at the time he fired upon Rabin.
The welding torch like flare I saw was huge indicating either a very light bullet or no bullet in the shot.
The flare escaped forward as if there was no bullet using the energy...
Also shows that the type of powder use was not the most modern either.

BOTTOM LINE
Unless that pistol is tried by experts, not with the government or involved on the case, using blank cartridges, there is almost certainty that the pistol could have fired blanks. Before the test firings the pistol MUST be disassembled and checked thoroughly to ascertain that no component has been tampered with.
ALL components and dimensions must be checked against the gun manufacturer's drawing and specifications beforehand.

Since the Amir cartridges have been fired, there is no way to assure that the test will repeat the actual shots.
Being hand loaded, anyone could have used different loads on those shots and the ones remaining.
In fact the remaining cartridges are worthless for any action leading to ferreting the truth.

With all due respect to the fellow in the denial trail, there are many experts on firearms other than those suspects working with the SB's, that of course meaning the Shin Bet, not the other thing, :-).

Ballistic tests are easily tampered with. A thousand and one ways.
Again lets do some basic review on how its is done.
A bullet traveling through a gun's barrel accepts a "signature" from the mechanical condition of the barrel, rifling marks, barrel distortions, etc. It then enters the target and is in most cases grossly deformed by the impact/s.
It is not difficult at all to fire again that pistol against a dummy and generate samples comparably similar to those extracted from Rabin, or claimed to have been extracted from him.

Another team of investigators must do the testing.

My LITMUS test is predicated upon the fact that the criminals in government here have been repeatedly involved on tampering with evidence, fabricating files, performing frame ups, ordering and effecting murders, participating on torture, conspiracies, etc.

1. It was impossible that Amir fired blanks, since blanks will not operate
his pistol.

2. Ballistic tests proved that the bullets extracted from Prime Minister
Rabin came from Amir's gun and no other.

3. Ballistic tests also proved that the cartridge cases found on the scene
were fired from Amir's gun and no other.

These are more than sufficient to disprove your preposterous claims that
someone OTHER than Amir shot Rabin.
